Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.)
Leader Effectiveness Training is an intensive, skills-based training that develops interpersonal communication and conflict resolution competencies in managers and supervisors. Effectiveness Training is a course for work communities and it lasts for 12 hours. Participants train sending and receiving messages so that each person’s emotions and needs can be expressed. Teacher Effectiveness Training is a course on human relationship skills for school personnel. It teaches interaction between students and teachers/parents. This will allow more time for actual teachingin class. The course lasts for 24 hours.Cornerstones of Communication
Cornerstones of communication is an intensive course for work communities, led by Satu Silvo and Markus Talvio. Its methods activate participants to apply their skills in their work. The purpose of supervision is to help an individual employee, team or the whole work community to refl ect on their own activities and behavior in their work environment and develop them to perform better. Supervision normally takes 1–2 years. The idea of the mentorship is to help less experienced partners to develop their expertise, such as entrepreneurship. Mentorship lasts normally about a year.
